Back in 2002, I was lucky enough to see Jurassic 5, The White Stripes, Basement Jaxx & The Prodigy. In 2004 I was able to see Metallica, The Black Eyed Peas, The Darkness, The Strokes & Jet. This year’s highlight has to be ‘The Beastie Boys’.

Despite my enthusiasm, I’m a little reticent about this year’s event in another way. In previous years I’ve been lucky enough to snare free VIP passes care of Yupin. Sadly, that is truely my only contact perk (AndyO's Ticketek links are long gone) I haven’t kept in contact with Yup’s in the past year – it has gnawed at me a little; guilt perhaps? Taking too much advantage for a free pass does play on my mind. I never wanted to be the kind of person that took advantage of my friend’s goodwill. I’ve been screwed around like that too much during my life, & I hope that its not too much of stretch so it won’t bounce back. I should really make a phonecall & sort that out.
